Cancellation Policy

Appointments

To insure that you get your desired time slot, scheduling appointments one to two weeks in advance is recommended. I understand that arriving on time to your appointment can sometimes be challenging. If you find yourself running late, please give me a call (608-516-8778). Sometimes I can work it out that you will get your full amount of time and not pay more. If I cannot, however, you are responsible for payment of the scheduled time even if you don’t use it all.

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, I request 24 hours notice by telephone and 48 hours notice by email. If you are unable to provide this notice, a $25 fee will be charged. No shows will be charged the full scheduled fee.
