Focus: Peace
Sundays 6 am, 12 noon, 6 pm or 12 midnight
Intention:
To provide a forum for individuals to come together in spirit, to
synchronize their thoughts, feelings, words and desires to bring
about positive planetary transformation; to work together to heal
the collective consciousness of the planet. To use prayer, meditation,
visualization and intention to transmute negative, fear-based prophesies
into peaceful, loving states of being.
To participate, simply choose a time period
from those listed above that works best for you, and be in a space
where you will be undisturbed for several minutes. After you have
participated, feel free to email Mary with comments. We'd love to
hear from you!
Inner World Focus
- Begin by putting your body in a position
of comfort. Relaxing and letting go. Letting your thoughts slow
down and your emotions grow calm. Clearing out any static from
your energy field, any thoughts of a negative nature, simply loving
and letting go. Connect to your heart. Feeling love for yourself
and others.
- Call in your Higher Self to join you, to
merge with you more fully. Call in any other guides, angels or
masters to join in as well. State your intention out loud to connect
your energy to others who are holding the vision of peace, and
to create peace in our world. "Spirit, it is my desire to connect
my energy with all those who are holding the vision of peace for
our beloved Mother Earth. I claim peace for myself , I will it,
and it is so!"
- Then, become peace. Remember a time that
you felt complete peace and bring that feeling fully into your
body. Imagine what the world would be like if there were peace
everywhere you went. Harmonious and joyful interactions. Make
these visions as real as you can, play with them, have fun. And
anchor those peaceful feelings in your physical body. Simply be
in this vibration for as long as you wish -- a few minutes, maybe
longer, and when you are ready, bringing your awareness back into
the moment, feeling very clear, focused, present and alert.
Outer World Focus
How can I anchor the vibration of peace in the
physical world? Do I need to forgive myself for anything? Do I need
to forgive another? What physical action can I take to follow through
on this forgiveness?
